Technical
This installs an app on your device. Then you can use the stickers through a Keyboard Extension. Settings > General > Keyboards > Little Monsters add that and be sure to enable Full Access so I can put the images on your clipboard. Then paste anywhere images are allowed.

iMessage application, this will also install an iMessage app on your device. When you are in iMessage the row of apps along the bottom should include this. You might have to swipe all the way to the right and tap the ••• icon. Then tap Edit and scroll through to find and turn on Little Monsters Stickers.
